All of our products are produced on an individual basis. To customize a given product, contact our service center.
Our designs and orders are tailored to meet our customers’ requests.
IMPORTANT: Depending on your monitor type and its settings, our printed products may differ in color from those you see on your screen. If you wish to see the exact colors, please contact our service center.

How to place an order?
1. Choose products you prefer and add them to your shopping cart.
2. Fill in the order form.
3. Indicate a preferred form of delivery.
4. Pay via wire transfer (if you choose this option, go to points 5) and 6) or pay via the Przelewy24 service.
5. Make a bank transfer payment.
6. Your order can be expedited if you send us a confirmation that your bank transfer payment is completed.
If we do not receive such a confirmation, the processing of your order will begin after crediting our bank account with your payment.

Types of delivery
By courier – shipping cost according to the rates of logistics operators. Delivery time depends on the recipient’s country.

Bank transfer payment (wire transfer to the bank account number specified after placing an order; your order can be processed faster if you send us a bank transfer payment confirmation).

Waiting time period for your order
Wall murals are sent within 4 – 6 weekdays (from the date a customer accepts his/her visualization, such a visualization is sent within 3 weekdays)
Stickers/Pictures/Posters up to 4 weekdays
PLEASE NOTE: a purchase agreement is reached after the order is paid and the visualization is accepted.

Complaints
Always remember to check your product before its installation – this is a principle condition for an acceptance of your complaint. If you discover any technical defects in your product after its delivery, please let us know by sending a relevant message with photos of these defects to: contact@mykidsmurals.com. Then send us your defective wall mural intact. As soon as your claim is accepted, you will be sent a non-defective product or be refunded.
If you discover that your parcel is damaged, collect it from the courier but demand for opening it in courier’s presence. If you have a reason, draw up a damage protocol signed by the courier. We will send you your order again within 14 weekdays at no additional cost. If you discover damage to the packaging after the courier left, your claim of damage or complaint will be rejected.

Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
The customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal from the contract without explanations if he/she purchases a non-prefabricated product manufactured according to customer’s specifications or to satisfy customer’s individual needs (according to the provision of the Act).

Additional information
The right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance and off-premises is not granted to the customer if the object of the service is non-prefabricated manufactured according to consumer’s individual specifications. All of our products sold via website My Kids Murals are manufactured according to customer’s individual order (pattern, dimension) and are not subject to the right to withdraw from the contract. However, if our product does not meet your expectations, please contact us! Our customers’ satisfaction is our priority!
